About Yield BD
Yield BD designs, builds, and manages AI-powered systems inside service businesses. We install solutions that recover revenue you are currently losing, automate the operational work that drains your team's capacity, and reduce your business's dependency on any single person - including you. We are not a software platform you subscribe to. We are a professional services firm that builds infrastructure inside your business and stays accountable to its performance.
Service businesses generating between $2M and $15M in annual revenue. Typically founder-led, with a team in place, and a growing sense that the business is leaking revenue through missed follow-up, slow response times, manual processes that should be automated, or an operating model that still depends too heavily on the owner to function. If growth has started to feel harder than it used to - not because demand has dropped but because your capacity cannot keep up - you are who we built this for.
Anthony Boyatzis and Simon Devlin. Anthony has spent the better part of a decade inside the marketing and growth function of service businesses - not advising from a distance, but carrying the number. Simon has built, scaled, and operated physical businesses across hospitality, retail, and membership - environments where every inefficiency shows up on the bottom line immediately. Every system Yield BD deploys is one they have designed and tested inside real operations first.
No. We do not sell you software and leave you to configure it. We design a system around how your business actually operates, build it to your specifications, deploy it inside your existing infrastructure, and manage it after it goes live. The result is not an app you log into. It is a working layer of your business that runs without requiring you or your team to manage any technology.
How It Works
The AI Revenue Diagnostic. A focused 20-minute call where we review how your business operates, identify the highest-leverage opportunity for AI inside your operation, and give you a specific recommendation - not a generic pitch. You will leave the call with a clear picture of what the right system would do for your business and what the next step looks like. No obligation. No pressure. If the best advice is to wait, we will tell you that.
For Tier 1 AI Solutions, most systems are built and live within one to two weeks of approval. For Tier 2 custom AI Agent deployments, the typical timeline is three to five weeks from blueprint sign-off - a single-role agent deploys at the faster end, a coordinated agentic team takes longer to design and test. Both timelines are measured in weeks, not months. Your exact timeline is confirmed before any commitment is made.
We manage it. For Tier 1 solutions, ongoing management is included - we monitor performance, refine the system, and report results on a regular cycle. For Tier 2 custom AI Agent deployments, you receive 90 days of daily monitoring and refinement, with a full performance review at day 90 covering what the agent handled, what was adjusted, and where the next highest-leverage opportunity sits. Your three months inside The Yield Principals - our operational community of business owners running AI infrastructure - also begins at deployment.
No. You will never be asked to log into a platform, configure a tool, or manage any technology. What you bring is something no engineer can replicate - a deep understanding of how your business runs, where decisions get made, and where things slow down. That knowledge is the raw material we work with. You review the blueprint, approve the scope, and stay in control of what the system does. The technical build is our job. The business intelligence is yours - and you already have it.
Very little. Our systems are designed to integrate with how your team already works, not to disrupt it. In most deployments, the team's experience is that tasks they used to do manually - chasing follow-ups, compiling reports, routing enquiries - simply start happening without them. Where the agent interacts with your team directly, we brief them on exactly what it handles, what it does not handle, and how it makes their day easier. The goal is adoption through relief, not through training.
It is designed to be light on your time. The heaviest involvement from you is in the discovery and blueprint phase - answering questions about how your business operates, reviewing the design, and approving the scope. Once the build begins, we handle it. You are not project-managing the implementation. You are not attending weekly standups. You are running your business while we build the system alongside it. Most clients describe the experience as surprisingly undisruptive.
Security, Data, and Ownership
Your data stays yours. Every system we deploy is built with data security as a foundational requirement, not an afterthought. Access is restricted, encrypted where appropriate, and governed by clear protocols that we walk you through before deployment. We do not store your business data on shared infrastructure accessible to other clients. If your business operates under specific compliance or regulatory requirements, we design around those constraints from day one.
No. Your business data is not used to train any external AI model and is never shared with third parties. The systems we build operate on your data for your business only. This is a non-negotiable part of how we work, and we are happy to put it in writing as part of any engagement agreement.
You own the system. The workflows, automations, agent logic, and integrations we build inside your business belong to you. If you choose to end the engagement, the infrastructure stays. We do not hold your systems hostage and we do not design for dependency. Our ongoing management exists because it adds value - not because you cannot operate without us.
Results and Proof
Yes. During the AI Revenue Diagnostic, we walk you through specific examples relevant to your industry and business model - not generic demos, but real implementations and the outcomes they produced. We do not publish case studies publicly at this stage, but we are transparent in private conversation about what we have built, where, and what it delivered.
Because you tried a tool without a system underneath it - and that is a completely different problem to the one we solve. Most business owners who have "tried AI" bought a software subscription, spent a few weeks experimenting, found it did not integrate into how their business actually runs, and quietly abandoned it. That is not a failure of AI. It is a failure of implementation. We do not hand you technology and wish you well. We map your operation, identify the constraint, design the system, build it, deploy it, and manage it. The technology is the last layer - not the first.
Consultants deliver insight. Agencies deliver campaigns. Neither builds operational infrastructure that runs after they leave. We build systems that sit inside your business and continue to operate - following up leads, handling enquiries, managing tasks, executing sequences - without ongoing strategic input from us to function. The difference is not what we know. It is what remains working inside your business six months after the engagement starts.
Pricing and Guarantees
It depends on which solution is right for your business - which is why we start with the AI Revenue Diagnostic before any pricing conversation. Tier 1 AI Solutions can be structured as performance-based - no upfront cost, you pay a share of the revenue the system recovers - or as a flat build-and-management fee. Tier 2 custom AI Agent deployments are priced on scope and confirmed before any commitment is made. You will always know the full cost before you say yes.
For Tier 1 solutions, no. We build the prototype, run it live in your business for two weeks, and review the results with you before any formal commitment. You see it work first. Then you decide. For Tier 2 custom agent deployments, the blueprint and scope are fully approved before the build begins - no surprises, no ambiguity on deliverables or cost.
For Tier 1, we prove it works before you commit. If the prototype does not perform during the trial period, we do not ask you to pay for it. For Tier 2, your 90-day monitoring period exists specifically to catch, correct, and refine anything that is not performing as designed. We do not build a system, hand it over, and disappear. We stay in the operation, measure the results, and own the outcome.
No. We do not lock clients into contracts for work that is not delivering. The ongoing management fee reflects ongoing work - we earn your business every month by keeping the system performing. If you want to leave, you can. And as outlined above, the systems we built stay with you.
Getting Started
Book the AI Revenue Diagnostic. It takes 20 minutes. You will leave with a clear diagnosis of your highest-leverage AI opportunity and a specific recommended next step - whether that involves Yield BD or not.
Most of our clients felt the same way before their first call. The honest answer is that if your business is generating between $2M and $15M in revenue, you have a team in place, and you know you are losing time or money to manual processes, slow follow-up, or owner dependency - you are ready. The AI Revenue Diagnostic is designed to confirm that. If you are not ready, we will tell you directly and explain what would need to change before it makes sense.
Timing is a real consideration - but it is worth understanding what delay actually costs. Every month without a system recovering your missed follow-ups, reactivating your dormant leads, or automating your repetitive operations is a month of revenue you do not get back. The businesses moving on this now are not moving because they have perfect timing. They are moving because they understand the cost of waiting. The diagnostic is 20 minutes. It will tell you whether now is the right time - or what to watch for so you know when it is.
Yes. The 5-Minute Revenue Leak Audit is available at yieldbd.com/revenue-audit. It takes five minutes, identifies where your business is most likely losing revenue, and gives you a specific recommended next step based on your answers. Many business owners complete the audit first, then book the diagnostic with a clearer picture of what they want to discuss.
